BACON- slab style, sliced.
  pan fry or grill on top of your favorite meat
 
COTTAGE BACON – very lean, excellent sandwich meat. Use for BLT’s or on burgers
 
BRATS – no fat no filler, mild flavor, great on the grill
 
CUBED HAM  –  great for soups, casseroles, eggs, salads, fully cooked
 
 HAM ROASTS – center cut ham, boneless, excellent for Sunday meals or slicing for sandwiches.
Already cooked, just heat through.
 
PORK CHOPS – grill, oven bake, stuff, or crock pot
Porterhouse – Premium cut
Loin Chop – ¾”

TENDERLOINS – sandwich style, press out w/ rolling pin, dip in egg then crushed crackers, pan fry
 
LOIN ROASTS -  use meat thermometer, cook to 140 degrees, wrap in foil- turn of heat- let set 20 min. - meat will continue to cook to your desired temperature
 
SHOULDER ROASTS -  oven bake, crock pot, smoke,
great pulled-pork
 
 
COTTAGE ROAST 
Nicely marbled, tender and juicy.
 
STIR FRY – strips of meat the size of your index finger, use as stir fry, or in a fajita, or crock pot.
 
GROUND PORK – no seasoning,
 use in meatloaf, casseroles, sloppy joes, burgers
 
PORK PATTIES – 1/4 lb patties no seasoning,
excellent grilled
 
BACON BURGERS  - 1/4 lb patties, ground pork with ground bacon added
 
SAUSAGES –
Regular breakfast- bulk, link, or patties
Hot Italian - w/ red pepper flakes, bulk
Sweet Italian- bulk
 
POLISH SAUSAGE – ¼ lb links. pan fry or grill.
Cured product don’t over cook, wait till it plumps – a few minutes more – done
 
SMOKEY  DOGS  – all meat, not junk. Skinless and fully cooked. Just warm up.
 
ITALIAN STIX – thaw and eat, mild seasoning,
100% pork. Keep refrigerated after thawing.
